Should I Stay or Should I Go?Migration and Career Decisions in Life Science What makes us leave, stay, return, or choose to build a life somewhere new? And how do these decisions shape our careers, sense of belonging, and the communities we become part of? Join VIXE for an evening of open conversations about international mobility and career decisions in life science. Through personal stories and different perspectives, our panelists will explore what it means to navigate careers across countries, cultures, academia, and industry. We'll talk about the opportunities and challenges of moving abroad, returning home, and building a career in Gdańsk. But this evening isn't just about listening.
