n8n Meetup Poznan: n8n, AI, and automation

Poznań University of Economics and Business, Poznan

The second meetup of the n8n community in Poznań. Three talks, one common thread: how to turn repetitive work into a system that does it for you. You don't need to know how to code. All you need is processes in your work that you want to improve. 1. Michael Kozak: The Post That Makes Itself: Instagram Automation in n8n You have an idea for a post, but before it reaches Instagram, an hour goes by: the caption, the graphic, the hashtags, keeping to the schedule. Do you really have to do all of this by hand? During this presentation, you'll see live how to automate the preparation of Instagram publications in n8n, from the idea to a post that's ready to go. Michael Kozak is an automation and AI architect, the official n8n ambassador in Poland, founder of AutomationNex, creator of Michael Kozak Academy, and author of the book "The Intelligent Company." For over 7 years, he has been bridging the world of technology and real business needs. His path evolved from full-stack developer to architect of intelligent automation, which allows him to look at processes holistically, from clean code to measurable market value. 2. Emilia Krzemińska-Komenda: AI Isn't Just for Programmers In the IT world, there's a common belief that AI is useful mainly for writing complex code. Time to debunk that myth! Thanks to GenAI, anyone can genuinely support their daily work. During the talk, you'll see quick, practical, real-life tips, including how to use AI for instant analysis of business requirements, generating complex data, or creating accurate summaries of test results. Emilia Krzemińska-Komenda is a Senior QA Engineer who combines quality engineering with AI on a daily basis. She is the creator of the educational series "AI in the Hands of a Tester" and an ambassador of the jaktestowac.pl community. She teaches how to wisely weave language models into everyday processes, proving that effective work with AI always starts with empathy and critical thinking. 3. Karolina Sienkiewicz: From Process to Automation, or How to Sensibly Automate a Company's Daily Work Does everything we do manually today really have to be done by a person? Or perhaps some of our daily tasks and processes can simply happen automatically? In this presentation, we'll look at the automation of business and operational processes and at how to consciously find room to improve them. Karolina Sienkiewicz has spent over 7 years supporting companies as a Sales Manager and Zoho Consultant, combining business experience with the possibilities of modern technology. Through Rozsądna Cyfryzacja ("Sensible Digitalization"), a Zoho Partner, she helps companies analyze and improve their processes and make conscious use of digital solutions in sales, customer service, and the everyday work of teams. Who is it for? Founders, marketers, consultants, analysts, testers, Product Owners, freelancers, developers, and students. For beginners and practitioners alike. What will you take away? - Concrete ideas for automating your own processes using n8n, - Practical tips for using AI in your daily work, without writing code, - Connections with people from the worlds of technology and business.
