Warsaw Supper Club: One Year Anniversary Potluck

ONE YEAR OF WARSAW SUPPER CLUB (aka u cook, i sit down) so. it's been a year. a whole year of me hauling ingredients across warsaw, sweating over khinkali, and getting way too emotional about gravy. u've eaten ur way through the roast dinners, the pub lunch, the georgian feasts, and been very polite about the times i said "it's fine" and it was NOT fine. for the one year anniversary, we're flipping it. this time, u're cooking. it's a potluck on 17th october. u bring a dish, i bring the table, the drinks and the questionable speeches. that's it, that's the whole concept. what to bring something u actually love to make (or love to eat, i'm not checking ur receipts)a dish that says something about u, ur family, ur home or ur weirdest food obsessionenough to share with the table it can be fancy. it can be ur nan's recipe. it can be a very confident pasta salad. i've eaten a lot of things in the name of this club and i promise i will not judge, or at least i'll judge quietly and with love. why we're doing thisbecause the best part of this whole year was never the food (sorry, food). it was u lot: the strangers who turned into mates, the people who came alone and left with a group chat, the regulars who now know where the good spoons are. a supper club is just a room full of people who showed up hungry and open. this is us doing that, but with everyone in the kitchen. come hungry, come curious, and bring a dish worth bragging about. happy birthday to us. i love u all.
