Get ready for a unique two-day ninja and obstacle workshop led by the Folsoms — a married couple and **American Ninja Warrior athletes. Throughout the entire weekend, you’ll have the chance to train with athletes who know the world of Ninja Warrior and challenging obstacle courses inside and out. 🔥 Get ready to train on skill-based obstacles straight out of American Ninja Warrior — technical, demanding and designed to challenge your grip, coordination, balance, strength and movement skills. The workshops will focus on obstacle technique, movement efficiency, overcoming challenging obstacles and developing new skills. Expect plenty of hands-on training, technical challenges and the opportunity to push your ninja skills to the next level. The event is open to both kids and adults, with groups adapted to different ages and skill levels.
