Warsaw Book Club - "The Bottled Leopard" by Chukwuemeka Ike

Hello pipol! For October's full length reading we have "The Bottled Leopard" by what is probably our first author of royal blood, Chukwuemeka Ike, an Igbo monarch. From someone's blog: "The Bottled Leopard brilliantly tells the story of an embattled schoolboy who has been chosen by his progenitors to bear the mystical power of his lineage, as well as the power to control a leopard. The book tells of Amobi, a first year secondary school student, who is troubled by dreams of a leopard. Worried by the mysterious illness, his parents also had to consult a famous Dibia(a healer/diviner figure in Igbo cultures); who reveals the startling link between Amobi and the leopard of his dreams. Before Amobi can come to terms with his mystical leopard, he undergoes a series of frightening trials and tribulations." Some ways to get the book: Unfortunately I don't think physical copies are available anywhere in Poland. If you really like it there are a few copies on Etsy that you can import from the US, but I won't link them here as the cost is prohibitive, probably 300+ zł including delivery. *PDF, epub, mobi* https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RvNWYZYqh50Dth4a-76jSfRBfzoiTwCC?usp=sharing
